Our engineering teams address three fundamental aspects of our real estate development projects:
Technical Analysis – Before construction begins, our engineers conduct a thorough technical review of each project. This analysis helps us identify and correct any anomalies or inconsistencies early on. They also prepare comprehensive pre-construction documentation and, in collaboration with our legal team, develop the technical annexes for construction contracts.
Active Presence During Construction – Our engineers are actively involved at every stage of the construction process. This close involvement allows us to monitor progress, control timelines, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Quality Control Department – Our engineers also oversee a dedicated quality control department, which ensures that our buildings require minimal maintenance and provide robust warranties post-completion.
