For every project undertaken, a new company is incorporated with the sole purpose of developing a specific project.
This company remains focused entirely on the activities directly related to the project, ensuring a streamlined and clear operational focus, free from unrelated business activities.
This approach offers the flexibility to structure each project with a distinct set of investors.
While each project operates as a standalone entity, investors have the option to participate in multiple projects, if desired, providing a way for them to diversify their investment portfolio within our offerings.
By investing, each participant becomes a shareholder in the project-specific company, granting them rights and transparency over the investment in a clear, structured format.
The dedicated company structure also enables capital to be injected transparently through shareholder loans or associated capital accounts, making each investor's contribution visible within the company's financial records.

Once the project reaches completion, the profits are distributed among the shareholders as dividends.
